MaRevente privacy policy

MaRevente by aoex ("MaRevente") is a Chrome extension and online service that helps resellers track their sales, stock, invoices and VAT, and avoid double sales.

Controller

The controller is the publisher aoex. Contact: contact@marevente.com. For the data of your buyers that you enter or import, you are the controller and MaRevente acts as a processor (data processing agreement accepted at sign-up).

Data processed

• Account: e-mail address, language preference.
• Tax profile: trade name, address, company identifier, VAT number, VAT regime, optional logo.
• Resale activity: items, listings (title, price, link), sales, fees, refunds, invoices, receipts book, which you enter, import or which come from your connected eBay or bol.com accounts.
• Buyer data: buyer name and country when provided by the platform or by you.
• Platform credentials: eBay OAuth tokens and bol.com API credentials, encrypted on the server, never sent back to the extension.
• Photos: photos from your Vinted export never leave your computer; only a digital fingerprint (dHash, 64 bits) is sent to match listings.

MaRevente does not connect to Vinted or Leboncoin, does not read their pages and takes no action on these sites.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (performance of the contract): sales tracking, double-sale alerts, invoices, exports.
• Complying with legal obligations: retention of issued invoices.
• Billing the Pro subscription (performance of the contract), through Stripe.

No data resale, no advertising, no profiling.

Limited Use of Chrome data

MaRevente’s use and transfer of information received from Google and Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Processors

• Fly.io (hosting and Tigris object storage, Paris region, European Union).
• Stripe (subscription payment).
• The transactional e-mail provider (sending the sign-in code).

Security

TLS in transit; tokens, credentials, receipts and PDFs encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); daily encrypted backups; logs without sale content or tokens, kept 30 days.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. When the account is deleted, personal data and tokens are erased immediately; issued invoices are kept for the legal period, then deleted (period to be confirmed by an accountant).

Your rights

Access and portability (full export in one click in the options), rectification, erasure (account deletion in one click, except invoices during the legal period), objection and restriction. Contact: contact@marevente.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the Data Protection Authority (Belgium).

Cookies

MaRevente’s public pages use no cookies and no trackers.
